About the Author:
Born in the Netherlands, Jérôme Luc Martin grew up in Los Angeles and in the south of France. He holds a BA from Harvard University (2001). He completed an MFA at the University of Iowa in 2004, and a PhD in French and American literature (with a thesis on "restlessness") at the University of Cambridge in 2010. He now lives in London.
