About the Author:
BARRY DOMINIC GRAHAM was born in a small Benedictine convent hospital on a Cree Nation Reservation in Winnipegosis, Manitoba, Canada. He is of Scots/Irish ancestry on both sides. He grew up in Glasgow, Scotland where he attended St Brendan’s Primary School, Yoker; Corpus Christi Primary School, Knightswood; and St Thomas Aquinas Secondary School, Jordanhill (as did some notable others, such as the actor, James McAvoy; singer, Justin Osuji and soccer player, Tosh McKinlay). Over the years he has lived in Canada in several British Columbian locations, namely Hope, Abbotsford, and Kelowna, as well as Prince Albert in Saskatchewan. His son, Jonathan, lives and works in British Columbia, Canada. He now resides in Montrose with his wife, Helen and their daughter, Hannah. He is founder, director and author of the Montrose based ‘George Beattie Project’. His interests include: writing, nature, history, philosophy and Truth-seeking. HANNAH HELENA GRAHAM was born in Glasgow, Scotland. She now resides in Montrose with her parents, Barry Dominic and Helen Frances Graham. In Montrose she attended Southesk Primary School and currently attends Montrose Academy High School. Her interests include: writing, nature, acting, singing and design. HELEN FRANCES GRAHAM, née Murphy, (ILLUSTRATOR) was born in Glasgow, Scotland. She is of Scots/Irish ancestry. She now resides in Montrose with her husband, Barry Dominic and daughter, Hannah Helena Graham. In Glasgow she attended St Thomas’ Primary School, Riddrie; then Our Lady and St Francis’ Secondary School for girls (often known as Charlotte Street) in Glasgow. She subsequently studied graphic art and design in the College of Commerce in Glasgow. She is currently a Teacher's Assistant. Her interests include: book illustration, art & design, acting, singing, Pug dog breeding and Truth-seeking.
