Previous owners name on front paste down and a gift inscription on the ffep. Small mark on the ffep., with resultant loss of colour. Illustrated dustwrapper, by Harold Freedman, with gilt and white background and black writing on front panel and spine. Dustwrapper in poor shape and now in a library sleeving. The dustwrapper is rubbed and faded and the corners are rubbed and chipped. There is a tear on front panel measuring 7" running from the bottom right-hand corner up. Tear is repaired with tape [tape still in situ], there are a few tears to the top dustwrapper edge. Grubby marks are present to both the front and back panels.
